By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, accessing the API, or otherwise using Panellify, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable provisions on this page.
Part I — Terms of Service
1. About Panellify
Panellify provides an online platform through which users may access and manage digital marketing and social media-related services, including service ordering, account funding, order tracking, customer support, and API functionality.
Panellify is an independent service platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use Panellify on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Panellify and its services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity performed through your account.
- Use a strong and unique password.
- Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.
- Notify Panellify immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
- Do not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Panellify is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use Panellify:
- For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious purposes.
- To violate intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights.
- To target accounts, pages, content, or properties without authorization.
- To distribute malware, spam, phishing material, or harmful code.
- To interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the platform.
- To bypass access controls, security protections, or technical restrictions.
- To scrape, reverse engineer, reproduce, or exploit the platform without permission.
- To violate the terms or policies of any third-party platform.
Panellify may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or orders that create legal, financial, security, operational, or reputational risk.
5. Service Descriptions
Each service may include specific requirements, limitations, estimated delivery periods, refill conditions, cancellation rules, and eligibility criteria.
You are responsible for reviewing the complete service description before placing an order. Service names, prices, descriptions, availability, and estimated processing periods may change when necessary.
6. Order Requirements
Before submitting an order, you must ensure that:
- The submitted link is correct and uses the required format.
- The relevant profile, page, post, or video is publicly accessible where required.
- The username, content, link, and privacy settings will remain unchanged while the order is processing.
- No conflicting or duplicate order is active for the same target.
- The order complies with the selected service description.
Orders submitted with incorrect, inaccessible, private, deleted, changed, or unsupported links may be delayed, rejected, partially completed, or deemed ineligible for reimbursement where resources have already been allocated.
7. Delivery Times
All displayed start times, speeds, and completion periods are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees.
Actual processing times may vary due to demand, provider capacity, platform updates, account conditions, link quality, technical interruptions, or circumstances outside Panellify’s reasonable control.
Users must contact support before placing a duplicate or replacement order.
8. Results and Retention
Results may vary depending on the selected service, target account, content, audience, provider, and third-party platform conditions.
Unless expressly stated in the service description, Panellify does not guarantee:
- Permanent retention of delivered results.
- Specific reach, engagement, ranking, revenue, or commercial performance.
- Organic users, customers, sales, or business outcomes.
- That third-party platforms will not audit, reduce, remove, or restrict delivered activity.
9. Refills
Refill coverage applies only to services that expressly include a refill option. The applicable period and conditions are determined by the individual service description.
A refill may be refused where:
- The refill period has expired.
- The username, account, post, page, or link has changed.
- The content has been deleted, restricted, or made private.
- Another service or provider has been used on the same target.
- The original starting quantity cannot be verified.
- The order does not meet the service-specific refill conditions.
10. Cancellations
Orders may begin processing shortly after submission and generally cannot be canceled once accepted, queued, or processing.
Cancellation is available only where technically possible or expressly supported by the selected service. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
11. Payments and Account Balance
Users may add funds using the payment methods displayed on Panellify. Available methods, fees, minimum amounts, currencies, and processing times may vary.
Your Panellify balance represents prepaid platform credit that may be used for eligible services. It is not a bank account, deposit account, investment, or transferable currency.
Panellify may request reasonable verification information to prevent fraud, unauthorized payments, abuse, or chargebacks.
12. Pricing
Prices may change due to provider costs, exchange rates, market conditions, processing costs, taxes, or service availability.
The applicable price is normally the price displayed when an order is submitted. You are responsible for reviewing the quantity, price, fees, and total amount before confirming an order.
13. Refund Policy
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the eligible unused amount will ordinarily be returned to the user’s Panellify account balance.
Refunds are generally unavailable for:
- Completed orders.
- Orders submitted with incorrect or unsupported links.
- Orders affected by changes made after submission.
- Duplicate or overlapping orders.
- Natural reductions where refill coverage was not included.
- Dissatisfaction based solely on estimated processing periods.
- Accounts restricted for violating these Terms.
Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and may be unavailable after funds have been credited, used, partially used, or allocated.
Any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or external payment dispute, you should contact Panellify support and provide a reasonable opportunity for investigation.
Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account restriction, termination, recovery action, or disclosure of relevant records to payment providers or competent authorities.
15. API Use
API access is governed by these Terms and the technical documentation provided by Panellify. You are responsible for protecting your API credentials and for all requests submitted using your API key.
You must not:
- Expose or publicly share your API key.
- Send abusive, excessive, malformed, or unauthorized requests.
- Attempt to bypass API limits or security controls.
- Use the API in a way that disrupts Panellify or other users.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
Some services depend on independent platforms, suppliers, payment processors, and infrastructure providers.
Panellify does not control the policies, algorithms, moderation decisions, availability, technical systems, or actions of independent third parties.
You remain responsible for complying with the policies and terms applicable to your third-party accounts and content.
17. Support
Support is provided through the channels displayed on the Website. Panellify may request an order number, transaction reference, submitted link, screenshot, or other relevant information to investigate a request.
Support requests must be accurate, respectful, and related to Panellify services. Spam, threats, abusive language, false claims, or misuse of the support system may result in restrictions.
18. Intellectual Property
The Panellify name, Website, design, software, text, graphics, databases, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Panellify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written authorization.
19. Suspension and Termination
Panellify may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, payment disputes, unauthorized access, abuse, or material violation of these Terms.
Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, systems, payment providers, third parties, or Panellify.
20. Service Availability
Panellify aims to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation.
Services may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, supplier interruptions, security incidents, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panellify and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Panellify does not provide warranties that are not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific business results.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panellify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, reputation, audience, or anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Panellify’s aggregate liability relating to a particular service will be limited, to the extent legally permitted, to the amount paid for that specific service.
23. Changes to These Terms
Panellify may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, security, operational, or commercial changes.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the person or legal entity operating Panellify, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the user’s country of residence.
The governing jurisdiction and competent courts will be specified after Panellify’s legal entity and registered business location have been formally confirmed.
